However, I am exhausted and not mentally able to form witty and interesting thoughts.
I did make a grocery list and plan some meals though for the next 4 days.Meals are as follows:
Wednesday: grilled hamburgers, corn-on-the-cob
Thursday: Slow-cooked beef stroganoff over rice
Friday: Steak & chicken kabobs, baked asparagus and mashed potatoes
Saturday: homemade pizza
I'll let you know how this endeavor goes. I'm not a cook. I am a disaster in the kitchen. When I was 14, I decided to make cookies with my friend, Sheri. The genius that I am, combined the not softened butter with the eggs and then microwaved it to soften the butter.
Guess what? The eggs cooked in the microwave. Heh...oopsies?
I have the next 4 days off, which means it is time to get back into the work-out plan! I'm thinking I will take a cue from the following screenshot I found on Pinterest :
