After I went up north this past weekend and saw pictures of myself in my bathing suit...I cried.
I look awful. I feel unhealthy.
So, my family feeling my inner turmoil proposed some incentives. If I lose 100 pounds by July 1st, 2014 then my brother will buy me and my husband a trip to Florida, my parents will give me $500 spending money and my aunt will let us stay at her house for free and give me $200.
Nice, right? I would be crazy not to work my ass off to lose 100 lbs. So, here we go again. This time I took "before" pictures and did my measurements so that I can officially track my weight loss.
Don't I look super excited? Oh, yeah, the Tigers were losing to the Angels 10-2...not necessarily the weight loss pissing me off at this point! :)

Best of luck to you!! I also want to lose some weight before school starts in August. Take small steps, cutting back on Cokes was the hard one for me. I try to walk 2 miles every day and I have done some yoga (trying to get to stretch out my back and legs, lol). I'm excited to follow you on your journey.
ReplyDeleteomg. Thats enough incentive for me!!! Plus you'll be healthy to start trying for a baby. :) Clean eating is the biggest part though, so even if you cant get to a gym but you at least ate smart that day, then good for you!
ReplyDeleteGreat Blog! I too began my journey on June 28th 2013. I am down 30 lbs as of today. I quiet by accident stumbled upon a product that I began taking for my chronic migraines and had no clue side effects were weight loss stabilized blood sugars and healthy cholesterol and lipids levels! I was mainly going for migraine relief. I started out at 226 lbs and am now 196 lbs and melting. You are an inspiration stay motivated and keep on keeping on. Yes you have intensives to help motivate you but always remember you are doing it for you because you deserve it! You are doing it :) Girl :) I would be happy to share my journey with you :)
