Day #8: sniffles.

Yesterday's blog entry was titled, "Run, Forrest, Run"...should've been titled "Run, nose, run" because my nose has been doing just this all freakin' day. Runny nose + sore throat...in the summer? Not a good time. 

Anyways, day #1 of meal planning went well. Hubby made delicious hamburgers and corn-on-the-cob. We are currently letting some chicken and steak bathe in some yummy marinade for kabobs for tomorrow. Yum...

I failed at the working out today, however in my defense I could barely breathe out of my nose. Maybe tomorrow will be better? Here's hoping anyways.

Trying to think of something to write each day is no easy feat, let me tell you. The kids are here  for the next 4 days. It's always entertaining to have them here. There is a never a dull moment. As we speak, we are trying to find a family movie to watch. This could take hours. I suggested, "Mirror, Mirror" and was shot down. 

I am working on some jewelry projects. Trying to be all artistic and what not to make some mola.

Okay, we decided on the movie, "Salmon Fishing in the Yemen" with Emily Blunt and Ewan McGregor. This is how this conversation went:

Hubby: I heard this movie was good.

Me: Weirdest movie title ever..."Salmon Fishing in Yemen"?

Chelsea (daughter): That doesn't make sense.

Hubby: That's kind of like "Beach volleyball in Alaska"

Me: hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

I will let ya'll know how the movie is. Looks good so far!
