Hells yes.
I have plenty of cm's to lose and I need something to motivate me. While I am happy with myself, I wouldn't mind shedding a few inches so my jeans aren't so tight...and make some cash money while doing so!
So, starting the 15th, I will be posting some weight loss tips and tricks, healthy recipes, etc.
But most importantly, what is on your work-out mix? I need some jams to update my iPod list.
It will be difficult during the holidays though. Yikes!

You can do it!! My hubby just started on losing weight again after a knee injury. I would join him now, but 1)I'm pregnant and 2) I'm on bedrest. However, as soon as I get my full release from my doctor after baby is born, I'll be back at it.
