As a reminder, my November goals are:
1. Clean and organize baking cupboard.
2. Bake 2 new things from scratch!
3. Join a weight-loss challenge at work.
They actually turned out!! Much better than back in 8th grade, when I tried to bake cookies and I mixed butter and egg together in a bowl, BEFORE putting it in the microwave to soften the butter. Yep. I cooked the eggs in the butter. Needless to say, the cookies were NOT that great. I gave them to my ex-boyfriend. Heh...
Anyways, here is the recipe I used:
Enjoy!

Hi Chelsea. I just came over from The Grant Life. I'm now a new follower on gfc. Your cookies look like they came out perfect. It's amazing how long a failed project can hold us back from trying again. Anyway it sounds like we like a lot of the same things. I hope to get to know you better and hope you'll stop by and visit my blog too.

I love chocolate chip cookies! The more doughy the better to me. When I was in high school I once tried to make jello but the stove was a tricky one and I couldn't light it. So my smart self decided that the water that came out of the tub was practically boiling and used that. I didn't set for 3 days.
ReplyDeleteI love cookies but I can't bake :(
ReplyDeleteI found you via the GFC Hop and just followed your blog. I'd appreciate if you can visit my blog and follow it back. Please leave a comment once you have so I would know you stopped by.
